Lesson 6 - Treble Clef Spaces
When sight reading, there are clues to help you recognize notes quickly. Your grandmother will remember being taught that the space notes in the treble clef spell the word “FACE”. This is definitely an old trick, but it is worth understanding! (The Note Reading book in the Sight Reading Secrets series gives you lots of practice with recognizing individual notes using this method.)
